About Pitch By Pitch
Pitch by Pitch All Sports Camp was founded in 2012 by Pitch by Pitch Baseball Camp owners Greg Chertok, Brandon Mann, and John Bagatta. While the sports may be different, the philosophy is the same: we’re dedicated to enhancing athletic performance in a fun and safe environment!
The camp includes skill-honing drills, games, relay races, and weekly camp tournaments. Sports include baseball, softball, whiffleball, soccer, tennis, basketball, flag football, floor hockey, volleyball, lacrosse, capture the flag, and more. All drills, games, and tournaments will be led by our experienced athletic staff, right here at Congers Lake Memorial Park! Click here for information on all Clarkstown Parks & Recreation.
Campers (ages 4-12) will be physically engaged and active throughout the camp day, learning the necessary physical skills that make a great all-around athlete.
What makes Pitch by Pitch Camps truly unique is the focus on mental skills.Every week, campers will be exposed to fun and interactive workshops through which they learn to strengthen on-field confidence, sharpen focus, set goals, enhance motivation, cope with failure or mistakes, and work more closely as a team. These skills can be used to enhance performance on the field, in the classroom, and at home!
All Pitch By Pitch Campers will have access to the
Congers Lake Memorial Park Pool!
For those campers who own a Clarkstown Pool Pass, please inform us upon arrival on Monday or have your child bring it with him. Based on requirements from the New York Department of Health, Pitch by Pitch is required to test campers on their swimming ability in order to allow them beyond chest-high water. Swimmers will be required to wear a red bracelet in order to swim.
Campers who opt not to use the pool may spend time in the
air-conditioned game room that includes billiards, ping pong, fooseball, bumper pool, and air hockey
